FAT Art Village Artwalk

Ft. Lauderdale, FL- Saturday's FAT Village Artwalk was a night of live art and music. There was plenty of body painting and an emphasis on video projections. Newcomers at The Guild Studio presented a fashion showcase by Kathy Misick. Check out the full gallery over at New Times. 

Rock the Ocean's Tortuga Music Festival

Ft. Lauderdale, FL-  Rock the Ocean's inaugural Tortuga Music Festival on Ft. Lauderdale beach was a success with a pretty good turnout and a smooth weekend. I'm not much of a country fan, but acts such as the Avett Brothers, Michael Franti, and Ben Harper were great. Unfortunately, many people's reason they came, Gary Clark Jr., had canceled the day of his performance due to travel issues. Here are some unpublished and favorite photos from the weekend.
